Triage Cancer Conference Registration | Two-Day Online Conference (May 15-16, 2026)

Attendees are welcome to participate in one day or both days of the Conference.

Day 1 – Friday, May 15: 10am-3pm PT | 12pm-5pm CT | 1pm-6pm ET

Day 2 – Saturday, May 16: 8am-1pm PT | 10am-3pm CT | 11am-4pm ET

Triage Cancer is hosting an educational conference for individuals diagnosed with a chronic or serious medical condition, their caregivers, health care professionals, and advocates. The conference provides attendees with crucial information about navigating practical and legal issues, such as mitigating the potential financial toxicity of a diagnosis.

Registration

During the registration process, attendees will be asked to indicate whether they plan to attend Day 1, Day 2, or both days of the Conference. 

 

Practical Things to Consider When Registering

  • Please register with the email address that you will have access to on the day of the event. Occasionally, emails from Triage Cancer get blocked by hospital or work servers. If you think this will be a problem, please use your personal email address to register.
  • Please enter the mailing address that you have access to. Make sure the address provided is correct.
  • Please check your spam folder for emails from Triage Cancer. Some hospital or external servers have been known to block our emails.

Accreditation Information

Triage Cancer is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Nurses who meet the requirements will be awarded up to 4 contact hours (per day).

Triage Cancer, #1689, is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Triage Cancer maintains responsibility for this course. ACE provider approval period: 8/26/20 to 8/26/23. Social workers participating in this course will receive up to 4 continuing education credits (per day).

Triage Cancer is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers #SW-0626. Social Workers completing this course will receive 4 contact hours (per day).

This course, Triage Cancer Conference, Approval #05072025-162, provided by Triage Cancer is approved for continuing education by the New Jersey Social Work Continuing Education Approval Collaborative, which is administered by NASW-NJ. CE Approval Collaborative Approval Period: Wednesday, May 7, 2025 through August 31, 2026. New Jersey social workers will receive 4 CE credits (per day) for participating in this course.

Triage Cancer is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits(PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.

If you would like a general certificate of completion, you must indicate that when completing the webinar evaluation form. You must attend the entire event.

Evaluation forms are emailed after the webinar and are required for a certificate. You will also receive a post-test, which is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged.

In order to receive CE/contact hour/PDC, attendees must register individually. Participants who “listen in” on another participant’s phone/computer will not be eligible for credit. Participants must attend the entire webinar. No partial credit will be given.

Post-test & Evaluation

Participants will be emailed a link to the online evaluation and post-test one DAY after the completion of the webinar and will have one week to complete both. Participants must receive a passing grade (80%) on the post-test to receive CE/contact hour (only required for nurses and social workers). Participants who do not pass the post-test will be given one opportunity to re-take the test. Instructions and a link to re-take the exam will be emailed to every participant who does not receive a passing grade on the post-test. If participants do not pass the post-test on the second attempt they will not receive credit.

The relevant certificates will be emailed to eligible attendees within 4 weeks of the event.
