Webinar Series for Human Resources Professionals:

Helping Your Employees Understand and Maximize Their Benefits

Employee benefits are a big investment for employers, with just over $25,000 spent on benefits for every employee yearly. And, 60% of employees rated benefits as a very important contributor to job satisfaction. This number is important because employee satisfaction and morale is directly tied to productivity. Yet, company leaders indicate 53% of their annual benefits spending is going to waste because of employee confusion.

As Human Resources professionals you play a critical role in helping your company’s employees understand and use these valuable employee benefits. Our Triage Health webinar will cover several topics to help HR teams become more knowledgeable about benefits and help their organizations make the most of benefits as a valuable employee investment.
